A brand new design, a visual upgrade—the 18oz series is finally here.To support more heavyweight product development in the future, we’ve upgraded our factory production line, adding several heavy-duty and vintage sewing machines. Only older mechanical machines can be easily adjusted and modified to handle thick fabrics—computer-controlled machines are far less adaptable.The new 18oz fabric was developed exclusively for this series, inspired by the yarn and weave details of many Japanese raw denim fabrics. It uses thicker yarns but is woven at a high density, and it’s dyed with an extra-deep pure indigo—making it easier to develop fades over time.The cut is the beloved 316XX classic straight fit, a proven model that leads in sales and positive feedback. If you love heavy denim, you won’t want to miss this.For this series, we carefully redesigned the leather patch and hang tag to make them truly stand out. The dark blue pocket bags are printed with “18oz” in English, while the leather patch and card feature an animated illustration of two figures pulling on a pair of jeans—vividly expressing the substantial heft of the fabric.Made in our own factory, the craftsmanship speaks for itself—every required vintage-inspired detail and technique is fully executed.
The fabric has been pre-shrunk, with minimal shrinkage remaining.
Denim pre-shrinking is done using steam, not full immersion in water.
Due to the heavy weight of the fabric, the degree of pre-shrinking is naturally less compared to lighter materials.
Some minimal shrinkage may still occur after washing, but it will be very slight.
We recommend purchasing your usual size.
The inseam may shorten by approximately 2-4 cm.
