Exclusively designed and developed for the high-end line SAUCE ORIGIN.Crafted on imported vintage shuttle looms, this selvedge denim combines premium long-staple cotton with naturally colored cotton yarn. The high-twist yarn far exceeds the twist level of conventional selvedge fabrics.Weighing 12.5 oz, the fabric has been pre-shrunk for minimal shrinkage. It should fit well before washing. After washing, the surface hairiness will become more pronounced.

Naturally colored cotton is priced higher and has particularly low yield. It is a type of cotton that grows with natural coloration, and its market price is approximately twice that of conventional cotton yarn. Colored cotton fibers are relatively short, making spinning challenging and prone to yarn breakage. To address this, they are often blended with long-staple cotton during production. The colored cotton yarn used in this product is made from the fourth colored cotton yarn shown in the image below.

The fabric design, development, and dyeing were all completed in-house by our own brand—it is not a market-available product.The naturally colored cotton gives the finished jeans a richer vintage feel, and after fading, the overall color will develop a slightly yellowish tone.The classic 915XX slightly tapered fit is a well-received staple in our store, praised for its versatile silhouette.For the selvedge detail, we drew inspiration from KUROKI's signature orange selvedge effect, using thicker blue yarn to weave the selvedge id, creating a unique texture reminiscent of hand-stitched sashiko craftsmanship.

Featured embossed leather patch design, echoing the theme – a playful and distinctive design that creates a visual impact as if shattered by a punch.The orange flag tag, the ochre-toned naturally colored cotton, and the brown leather patch harmonize seamlessly, forming a cohesive and integrated design.

The handcrafted 925 sterling silver main button elevates this collector's edition to new heights—each one is individually made by the artisan featured in our silver craftsmanship videos. The silver button will gradually darken with oxidation during wear, enhancing its three-dimensional texture.
Unlike plated alternatives, the main button is crafted from a solid piece of 925 silver, hand-wrapped over a base button. The "Striking Fist" design does not use gold like our gold-accented buttons; instead, the fist portion is made of brass. This intricate and refined process, though visually understated, involves high manual labor costs. Despite the brass fist set against the silver background, the overall price is twice that of our previous chased silver buttons—a reflection of the craftsmanship deserving respect.

In addition to the exquisitely crafted main button that echoes the "Striking with Full Force" theme, all secondary buttons are made of silver-plated brass.As they age, the surface silver plating will oxidize and wear, causing the buttons to gradually transition from silver-white to a yellow brass tone, developing a unique patina.

As you break in the raw denim, the hardware will age alongside the fabric, resulting in an even more striking effect.

A new detail added to the SAUCE ORIGIN product line: the slanted front pocket features stitching resembling the Chinese character "又", meticulously crafted using a 1950s SINGER antique sewing machine. This exquisitely refined and enduring detail is unprecedented in denim circles globally.

Japanese-made GUNZE sewing thread develops patina and fades alongside the denim with wear.
Priced at approximately 80–100 RMB per spool, it is 8 to 10 times more expensive than conventional sewing thread.
