This jacket is a limited 2025 Year of the Snake Special Edition.The style follows the classic first-generation jacket design.It features four handmade silver snake-themed buttons on the front and two on the cuffs, six in total.Crafted from premium U.S. cotton, the fabric is a roughly 14oz extra-deep indigo dye with a noticeably fuzzy texture.

SAUCE ORIGIN rarely produces Type I classic jackets in its premium line,but due to high demand from enthusiasts,we present this Year of the Snake themed Type I classic jacket.It features a four-button front and an adjustable Parisian buckle at the back.Crafted from antique-loomed, extra-deep indigo-dyed U.S. cotton weighing around 14oz,the fabric offers a distinctly fuzzy texture and medium weight(Type I styles are unsuitable for heavyweight fabric, as excessive weight can cause the back yoke to bulge).This fabric excellently recreates the style and texture of early Type I denim jackets,giving the garment an heirloom-quality vintage feel and a soft, fuzzy surface.The fabric has been pre-shrunk with minimal shrinkage,so it should fit well before the first wash.As a fade-developed fabric, it will gradually lose color with wear and experience slight shrinkage (despite pre-shrinking),which is normal. Newcomers to raw denim, please take note.

2025 Year of the Snake Special Edition.The silhouette is a cropped cut, featuring a slightly inverted triangle shape and a tapered hem.The back pleat has been redesigned with reduced volume, which helps minimize bulking when worn and creates a sleeker, sharper look.Staying true to the classic Type I design, there are no external side pockets, but two inner pockets have been added for functionality.

Year of the Snake Design,the jacket features four handmade silver buttons on the front and two on the cuffs, all styled with the Year of the Snake theme and crafted to jewelry-grade standards.Each button is made from 925 silver, hand-wrapped over a copper base, then meticulously polished and refined to achieve jewelry-like elegance. As the silver oxidizes and darkens over time, the texture and grain of the buttons will develop a uniquely aged character.These custom-made, jewelry-grade hardware pieces are exquisitely detailed and quite expensive.

Leather Patch:Made from imported Horween tea-core leather.
(Due to the snake-scale pattern feeling slightly abrasive against the skin, the anniversary snake-scale design was not used for this patch.)

With aging, the tea-core leather will gradually develop a brown patina through wear and friction.

As this imported Horween leather is rich in natural oils,
the white, wax-like substance that may appear on the surface in cold weather is actually solidified oil.

Premium Anniversary Edition:Utilizes a large number of 1940s-1960s black-head vintage sewing machines in its production.In pursuit of finer craftsmanship and intricate details,production speed is slow and raw material costs are exceptionally high.
