The original is a 40-year-old work jacket from a renowned brand, acquired by the store owner in May 2018 from a Japanese vintage store in excellent condition for approximately ¥6,000 RMB. Though from a major brand, it is an early product from decades ago—much like original release (LE**S) jeans—holding significant collectible value as a relic of history long discontinued in the market.
After obtaining the original, we meticulously deconstructed its construction to create a 1:1 replica based on the fabric texture, striving to faithfully restore its period character. Developed using pure cotton material, it evokes a pepper-and-salt-like aesthetic yet is woven in a twill fabric. The shorter cut offers a sharp and sleek silhouette with richly detailed elements. Even the buttons are 1:1 custom-molded reproductions. Like OG107 military trousers, this is a meticulously crafted product.
