Saucezhan‘s newly released 344XX cut,a reissue of the classic 44501,is widely recognized in the industry as a timeless mid-to-high rise straight leg with a relaxed fit.It suits most body types,with a deep rise that prevents riding up and generous room through the hips and thighs for ease of movement.Afew months ago,we used the same fabric for a slim bootcut model,and many customers expressed their love for the fabric while requesting more cuts.Some prefer a straightforward,classic design-no colored yarns,no plied twists,no heavy slubs,and no overly vibrant dyeing-just a faithful return to the essence of raw denim:vintage and timeless.That's why we've prepared this 344XX model.
As a classic model,every detail and the fabric itself are built on a foundation of rich,vintage authenticity.It foregoes colored yarns in favor of a deep,pure indigo dye.As raw denim,it will gradually fade with wear,lightening over time.Newcomers are encouraged to understand what raw denim is and what "fading"entails before making a purchase.This is a genuine raw selvedge jean woven on antique shuttle looms.Made from 100% cotton with in-house developed fabric,it features a purple selvedge id,weighs 14oz,has a hairy texture,and has been pre-shrunk for minimal shrinkage.It includes classic red copper rivets,brass buttons with a matte silver plating,and a button fly(more traditional than a zipper for classic styles).Subtle raised belt loops and hidden rivets on the back pockets round out the details.Every element expected of a true raw denim jean has been carefully executed.
The leather patch is stitched at the top and bottom with open sides,allowing a belt to pass through.Made from vegetable-tanned cowhide,it will gradually deepen into a reddish-brown patina with exposure to sunlight and occasional oiling-aging beautifully over time.
